On a Mac: Save as a JPG, PNG, GIF, or TIF (we recommend saving at higher resolutions, which is found in the Tools drop down menu in the Save As dialogue window) for inclusion in other software. These graphic types can be brought into older versions of Microsoft Office.
On a PC: Saving as JPG, PNG, GIF, or TIF produces poor results. Download Microsoft’s add-on that allows you to save PowerPoint files as PDFs. The address for this ad-on changes so search for the tool at www.microsoft.com. Alternatively, you can copy and paste into your software of choice. You can paste the graphics into Adobe CS3 or (or newer) and save as JPG, PNG, GIF, or TIF for inclusion in other software or older versions of Microsoft Office.
To export graphics at higher resolutions and quality, use PPTools ImageExport. PPTools ImageExport gives you the control and features you need:
